I have made a purchase from your webshop, when can I expect my order to ship?
We endeavor to ship all orders within one business day of having received them. Often your order will ship the same day it is received. If there is a delay in shipment for any reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.
I received an email stating that my order was shipped. When should I expect to receive it?
Unless you specify otherwise when placing your order, BBlessing ships using UPS Ground Service. The length of time it takes to receive a package via UPS Ground depends on your location. It varies from one business day on the East Coast to five business days shipping to California. If you require your purchase sooner, please select one of our expedited services offered at check-out. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. This will enable you to find out exactly when your package is scheduled for delivery. Please note, it may take up to 12 hours after you receive the confirmation email for the tracking information to be available from UPS.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do offer shipping outside the United States. You may order from the webshop and you will be charged a flat rate for shipping via EMS. Typical shipping time in transit via EMS is about 10 days, though this varies somewhat by country. Occasionally, we may require further information to process an international order in which case we will contact you personally via email. Is everything in the BBlessing boutique also available on your webshop?
No. The BBlessing webshop offers an edited selection of the items available in the boutique. We endeavor to curate a representative selection of the best of our offerings for clients who are unable to visit the boutique in person. However, BBlessing is a special place and we cannot replicate its atmosphere or its offerings online. We hope you will enjoy what we have selected for the webshop and that you may visit our NYC boutique some time in the future. We do also occasionally offer items in the webshop that are not available in the BBlessing boutique.
Why do you offer only a handful of DVDs, CDs and books?
BBlessing has a vast library of lovingly curated DVDs, CDs and books. In both the boutique and the webshop we feature a small, hand picked selection that changes each week.
Do you back order items that are unavailable?
No. Everything in BBlessing is stocked in limited quantities and is usually not available for reorder. Of course, we endeavor to provide you with the best possible customer service and will attempt to special order items for you if possible. Please send an email to info@bblessing.com with any questions you may have about an item, or use the Inquire link in the webshop. We will respond quickly to any questions you may have.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from BBlessing. We understand that it can be difficult to judge how well an item will fit, or whether it is right for you, from an image online. We provide detailed measurements for each item in an effort to help you to select your size and fit and we suggest you take the time to reference them to avoid the disappointment of receiving an item that is not appropriate. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, all items, with the exception of CDs, DVDs and books, may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Instructions for returning your order and a UPS return label will be included in your package. Should you need to return an item, you may do so in the package you received your order in, so you may want to hang onto the box until you have decided you want to keep the order. CDs, DVDs and books are not returnable unless defective or damaged.
Do you collect Sales Tax?
We are obligated to collect Sales Tax on orders shipped within New York State. For orders outside New York, we do not collect Sales Tax.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
I received a credit card authorization error when placing my order. What should I do?
Credit cards can fail to be authorized for many reasons. Firstly, insure that the following information is correct:
  1. The credit card number and expiration date.
  2. The CVV code must match that on your card. For Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, the CVV code is the last 3 digits on your signature panel. For American Express, the CVV code is the four digit number located on the front upper right of your card.
  3. The billing address and zip code must be an exact match for what your credit card issuer has on file.
If all of the above are correct, please contact your credit card issuer. Their customer service number will be listed on the card. They will be able to assist you in explaining the reason your card is failing to authorize your purchase.
